The 1MD10 series packs a substantial cooling capacity into a standard design. Featuring 1.0×1.0 mm thermoelectric elements, these modules achieve a high cooling capacity of up to 30 W/cm2, making them ideal for demanding applications like telecommunications, photonics and thermal stabilization of high power laser diodes.
