The TCXXXX series is a lineup of high-power, compact OEM TEC controllers. Its unique circuit design achieves high efficiency (up to 97%) and high power density. An aluminum base plate enables effective heat removal from the controller using either water or air cooling. These TEC controllers include a comprehensive set of protection features to ensure safe Peltier operation. Key application areas for these high-power TEC controllers include temperature stabilization of laser diodes, LEDs, semiconductor devices, optical components, fibers, chemical elements, and more.
