HHL

A package, designed for high-power laser diodes for telecommunications, industrial applications and sensing systems.
About the package

The HHL header is a high-heat-load, box-style package, the largest industrial standard header. Commonly used in solid-state laser pumping for medical and industrial applications (materials processing, medical/dental, graphic arts, etc.), HHL headers are available with Kovar, CRS, CuW or CuMo bases, all nickel and gold plated.

Typically with 9 pins on one side and a 24.0×24.0 mm mounting surface, the HHL header supports a wide variety of TECs with Qmax up to 100W+. KIMT offers single-stage and multi-stage TEC solutions, including designs with two TECs for complex heat management requirements.
